Weight lifting

Olympic Weight lifting, or Olympic style-weight lifting, often simply referred to as weightlifting is a sport in which the athlete attempts a maximum weight lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.

Running

Running is a method of terrestrial locomotion allowing humans and other animals to move rapidly on foot.  A lot of runners experience a sense of elation and happiness after a run. Running releases endorphins in your brain, these are chemicals that enhance mood.

Hit Training

High-intensity interval training is a method of exercising in which you alternate low strength moderate training for more extreme driven training. HIIT training will help you burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts and in a shorter period of time.
